Terms and condition – guest registration
1. Purpose of guest registration
This document regulates the conditions applicable to the guest registry that is carried out in compliance with the obligations established in Royal Decree 933/2021. The purpose of this registry is to ensure public safety by collecting the necessary information about the people staying at our properties.
2. Guest Responsibility
By completing the guest registration, you accept and agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, complete and updated information about your identity and other required data.
- To present, when requested, a valid and in force identity document (DNI, NIE or passport) that supports the data provided.
- Inform us of any change in the data provided in order to keep the information updated and correct.
In the event that the data provided is found to be false, inaccurate or incomplete, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the reservation without right to reimbursement.
- Report the situation to the competent authorities, according to the provisions of the regulations in force.
3. Purpose of data processing
The data collected will be used exclusively for:
- Comply with the legal obligations of communication and documentary registration established by Royal Decree 933/2021.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance at our facilities.
4. Use and retention of data
- The data will be communicated to the State Security Forces and Corps as required by law.
- Records will be retained for a period of three years, in accordance with applicable law, and then securely disposed of.
5. Consequence of lack of registration
Failure to present the required information or a valid identity document may result in:
- Denial of access to the accommodation.
- The cancellation of the reservation made.
6. Obligations of the owner of the accommodation
We are committed to:
- To guarantee the confidentiality of the personal data provided by the guest, complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable regulations.
- To use the data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this document.
7. Exemption from liability
The accommodation is not responsible for:
- Errors or omissions in the information provided by the guest.
- Legal consequences derived from the falsity or inaccuracy of the data provided by the guest.
8. Modification of terms and conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions to adapt them to regulatory or internal operational changes. Updates will be published on our website and will apply from the date of publication.
